                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO
                  THE AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES,
                  INC., FOR PROVIDING CONSULTING SERVICES
                  RELATIVE TO THE ELIMINATION OF SANITARY SEWER
                  OVERFLOWS, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE
                  CONTRACT PRICE BY TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
                  ($12,000.00), FOR A REVISED CONTRACT PRICE OF
                  NINETY-TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($92,000.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized
       Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement with Consolidated Technologies,
       Inc., for providing consulting services relative to the
       elimination of sanitary sewer overflows, which Amendment 
increases
       the contract price by $12,000.00, for a revised contract price of 

       $92,000.00.
